Welcome to The Herd Centre for Horse & Human Experiential Learning and Wellbeing

Re-connect with your feelings so you can live life freely and fully. Our wonderful horses help bring peace and joy where clients have been stuck with stress and anxiety.

Our work at The Herd Centre is all about you getting to know yourself better. Slowing down in this hectic age to take notice of what’s right here, right now. Less doing, more being.

You’ll spend time watching and moving around our four beautiful horses, and the interactions that follow are the starting point to open up conversations about the issues that are troubling you.

Founder and therapist Catherine Daley will work with you in our lovely natural setting close to Petersfield in the heart of  the Southdowns National Park on the borders of Hampshire and West Sussex.

Welcome to HHELAW – that’s Horse and Human Experiential Learning and Wellbeing, for living life well.
